The Financial Rewards® Visa® Platinum Plus®, issued by FIA Card Services, N.A., is designed for those with very good credit who plan to take advantage of the cash back reward program.

Through the reward program, cardholders earn one point for every $100 in net purchases per billing cycle. Cardholders receive five bonus points after their first purchase, and they receive another five points for every $2,500 in balance transfers per billing cycle (up to 25 points per billing cycle). One point is equal to $1 in rebates, and cardholders can earn up to 600 points per calendar year. Points are redeemable in 25-point increments (minimum 25 points) and can be redeemed for cash back checks, direct deposits made to the cardholder's Bank of America checking or savings account, or reductions in the cardholder's purchase APR.

The rate for purchases and balance transfers is reasonable for a reward card, and there is a 0% introductory offer that applies to balance transfers and cash advance checks for six billing cycles. This card also has no annual fee.
