The Capital One® No Hassle Points(SM) Rewards card is a great rewards card for those with an average credit history.

Through the reward program, cardholders will earn five points per dollar spent at gas stations, major grocery and drug stores, and they earn one point per dollar spent on all other purchases. Points are redeemable for merchandise, cash, travel, and gift cards. There is no limit to the amount of points that can be earned, and points don't expire.

This card does have an annual fee of $29; however, there is a 0% introductory rate on purchases until December 2008, and the interest rate is high thereafter.

This card provides common platinum benefits such as emergency roadside assistance, extended warranties for purchases, and travel accident insurance. Cardholders are also eligible to receive exclusive savings: up to 40% on featured deals and 10% on everything else at Capital One® Saving Zone(SM) on Yahoo! Shopping.

Therefore, those with average credit who want a points rewards card with a 0% introductory rate on purchases will benefit most from what the Capital One® No Hassle Points(SM) Rewards card has to offer.
